RSM is a global audit, tax and consulting network, and the design of its new office had to give form to this dual condition: international reach and closeness to each local reality. The concept started from three ideas: connection, precision and proximity.

Approximately 1,400 m² spread across the 5th and 6th floors of City Tower, in downtown Rio de Janeiro, in a São Carlos FlexOffice unit. Circulation was designed to encourage encounters; transparency between spaces supports integration and trust; materials and natural elements bring people closer and make them feel welcome; and precision guides forms, details and function. Open workstations, meeting rooms with brand graphics and common areas complete the space.
