BicBanco: corporate office in the financial services segment in São Paulo.
Banco Industrial e Comercial S/A “BICBANCO” (1972) set up upper-floor premises in representative buildings in each location across the 26 states and the Federal District, and chose to build its own space.
To develop the concept for this project, choosing the building was essential, since the idea was to set up the bank's new site in a location where the architecture would convey the institution's solidity.
The choice was a good one: the building is on the corner of one of the city's most beautiful avenues, near Ibirapuera Park, with a tree-lined median and setback buildings that make room for gardens and trees.
The building's large windows create a visual connection between inside and outside, with a 270-degree view of the surroundings; a lavish garden with palm trees and a fountain welcomes visitors.
