KPMG Nova Sede Operacional: corporate office in the financial services sector in São Paulo.
The project carried out for KPMG's New Operational Headquarters involved reorganizing a vertical 13-floor layout into a horizontal 3-floor layout, with a larger headcount in a very similar floor area (approximately 4,900 m²).
The main challenge was understanding the organizational structure and the relationships between the many areas in which all the professionals work. It was a process of extensive research, interviews, sensory study and planning that ensured the right distribution of the various teams across the 3 floors.
