Norte Energia

Norte Energia, the 100% Brazilian company behind the Belo Monte hydroelectric plant, felt the need to interact more and change its internal behavior. The move to a new building came from the lack of basic features in the old one in light of our New Normal. Working from home also produced very good results, which led to the change of location.

The premise was interactivity, direct contact with Altamira, collaborative production, and a separate area for the executive board and senior management. The concept came from the Xingu River, which we saw in the N of Norte Energia, and so the layout was full of organic, unconventional shapes. The energy that comes from water led us to raise rooms and adopt the color blue, rising and dissipating to generate energy.
